Once you purchased a course you can not refund or return money in any cases with any condition.

But if in special case if you made awrong course payment you can inform our hotline through Whatsapp and ask them to change your course with the course you need.But Importantly, You are bound to pay any necessary balance amount for the new course you are going to change your enrollment. But the New Course is Lower priced than the First one Refund is no available.

Always be careful to having proof of purcahse if not any chage of the course is not possible.

If you made online bank transfers or through payslip aware about having proof of purchase.

If through the website please be aware to download pdf for proof of purchase.

 

To complete any course change, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to consider tutes and other necessary learning material to be couriered you should select that courier option.If not courier will not be provided and only pdf will be provided.

In any situation full or partial refunds are not granted
